On the 18th of September, 2012 experts of the Institute for Public Environment Development sent a list of topics and issues after the request of the Central Election Commission. CEC plans to conduct a survey on the voters’ level of information about their rights and responsibilities in the electoral process. The questions sent by IPED tend to evaluate the attitude of voters – their uncertainties about the electoral process, their understanding for the role of electoral institutions and expectations towards these structures. The questions concern the assessment of the election rules. Some ideas for changes in the electoral legislation are also tested.
