On the 19th of January, 2013, the Institute for Public Environment Development held training for observers for the National Referendum that will take place on the 27th of January, 2013.
The rules and requirements for conducting independent monitoring as well as the regulations for conducting the referendum itself were explained in detail to the participants.
In the training as a guest speaker took part Mr. Ventsislav Karadjov – Member of the Central Election Commission.
The training, held by the IPED team is supported by MOTT Foundation.
