Dear friends and colleagues,
As you may know, the Institute for Public Environment Development is training independent observers and is conducting civic monitoring over the election process in Bulgaria.
In two months there will be early parliamentary elections in our country, that will be monitored again by our team of observers.That is why we encourage you to use our internet platform for mapping of election violations – “Fair Elections – Bulgaria“.
Furthermore, If you wish to volunteer and to be a part of our team of independent observers, you can contact us (until the 5th of april, 2013) on the following e-mail: iva@iped.bg. You will have to send us your contacts, telephone number and where in the country you would be able to observe the election day. (In order to be an independent observer, a person must not be candidate of any political party or a member of the election administration in Bulgaria)
