In the period 05.06 – 10.06, the Institute for Public Development welcomed international observers from The European Platform for Democratic Elections-EPDE. In the days preceding the elections, we introduced them to the peculiarities of the electoral process, the media environment, machine voting, and party financing in Bulgaria. On election day, the international volunteers were involved in monitoring the elections in the country and partnered with the networks of the Institute for Public Environment Development and Democracy and Rule of Law.
