Representatives of the Institute for Public Environment Development attend the international conference organized by the Bulgarian National Audit Office

Representatives of the Institute for Public Environment Development, Iva Lazarova and Diana Eftimova, are attending today’s international conference on “Artificial Intelligence and IT Auditing in the Protection of Public Resources,” organized by the National Audit Office on the occasion of its 145th anniversary. The IPED has collaborated with the Court of Auditors on numerous occasions over the years in its work on transparency in party financing. 

The event will explore the challenges and opportunities for utilizing AI for good governance. Official guests and speakers include Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Innovation and Growth Tomislav Donchev, Minister of Electronic Governance Valentin Mundrov, Borislav Petrov, Executive Director of INSAIT, Dobroslav Dimitrov, Chairman of BRAIT, among others.
