It is in the public interest to manage public resources efficiently and effectively. Our team strives to focus the attention on public funds, spent in various areas, one of which is the financing of political parties in the country. We are watching/monitoring/tracking for conflicts of interest between decision-makers and the private sector.
The activities of the IPED include analyses of the data from the annual and electoral financial reports of the political parties and studies of the rules for financing the political entities. We are monitoring how the parties spend money for media coverage and whether they can influence the media environment. We analyze data from existing public registers in these areas.
