The blog is an independent on-line media providing objective information on the work of the authorities, investigating institutional violations and defending the public interest.

Constitutional Court of Bulgaria consults IPED as an interested party in the case of cassation of the presidential elections

On the 24th of November, 2011 by decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Institute for Public Environment Development was constituted as an interested party towards Case № 11 / 2011.The case was submitted by 71 members of the Parliament, who dispute the choice of Rosen Plevneliev and Margarita Popova for president and vice president of the Republic of Bulgaria.
