Civil Monitoring Over the Process of Creating of New Election Rules in Bulgaria
Object of action: The project aims to achieve a qualitative change in the situation, in which the public debate for new election rules is being held, by: holding a higher level of informing about the necessity of new Election Code, guarantying fair elections, as well as clarifying the political parties’ and institutions’ contribution; provoking a higher level of transparency and providence in the development of the Election Code; placing more opportunities for participation in the discussion of different proposals at the interested groups; focusing the attention on the adequacy of the proposed decisions for the identified problems, that the election process in Bulgaria has.
